ABP stands for Advanced Ballistic Protection.
The ABP replaces the current zylon panel required by FIA in the previous generation of FIA 8860-2010 helmets, integrating a stronger protection into the front part of the helmet shell. A brand new test was specifically introduced to test the area, based on military ballistic specifications with a projectile shot at a 250 km/h speed. ST5FN ABP is the first helmet to be certified to this new standard, offering a higher safety degree while maintaining dimensions and weight.

Stilo ST5 FN Carbon 8860 helmet is the lightest full face helmet on the market and it comes with the incredibly tough FIA 8860-2018 standard.

It has a smaller shell size and the dual-density sponge interior offers improved comfort and fit. The larger opening offers more vision.

This standard was first found on F1 and it is the highest safety standard today. It is required in all FIA World Championships, especially for 1 & 2 priority drivers in WRC.

This is the first full face helmet which passed the FIA 8860-2018 homologation standard which proves the Stilo design and build quality.

The helmet is designed to absorb 50% more impact energy and it also resists 30% more penetration energy.

Stilo ST5 FN Carbon 8860 helmet is manufactured in carbon which offers a different appearance than cheaper and heavier carbon helmets and it comes with a matt finish. It is exceptionally lightweight and only if you hold in your hands you can only be describe it as unbelievable.

The ST5 F is prepared of a side drinking system which allows an internal drinking system.

Stilo ST5 FN helmets comes without of any electronics.
